
NEED TO CANCEL?
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. We use the Fresh booking platform for all bookings. You are able to self manage your appointments. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just logon to Fresha or contact us. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we will add a £30 disruption fee to your account. this will be payable before new bookings are made.

LATE ARRIVALS
We do not have a waiting room facility so ask that you do not attend any earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimise any disruption in the clinic. We also request you to let us know if you cannot make your booking, no shows are more disruptive than delays.
